Payment Options: PayPal
Minimum stay: 3 nights.

Pets only upon approval and with an additional damage deposit.

Cleaning Fee: $50 in addition to rent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: $250 in addition to rent.

Check in: 3:00 PM
Check out: 12:00 noon

Booking: 1/2 Total (Rent, Cleaning, Damage Deposit) Due at time of booking.
Balance Due: 30 days prior to arrival.

No Refunds unless we are able to re-book your nights.
