We have a big spay day coming up in Quebrada Amarilla, which is located not so far from Esterillos. Like always, it’s only for strays and low income families who cannot afford the regular price.

If you know of anybody in your neighborhood who needs to get their pet fixed, please let them know about this clinic. And if they don’t have any transportation, maybe you could help with this.

The vet is charging 7000 colones per animal. And as always, if somebody cannot pay even this low price, we can help with the costs.
We are also looking for both sponsors and helpers, so if you, or anyone else you know would like to help, please let us know. Thank you and have a great day,

El domingo 12 de Septiembre el Grupo McKee Jacó realizará la próxima jornada de esterilización de animales de compañía - "callejeros" y de familias de escasos recursos.
Lugar: QUEBRADA AMARILLA, camino para Mata de Platano, 100 m de la Costanera, antiguo salón de baile Olger Vargas, mano derecha.

FYI: Carlos and Shirlene are the nice couple who embroidered our Mardi Gras t-shirts, Vago's pizza shirts and they also make women's swimwear. They've adopted a lot of pets that needed rescuing and I think they are so great for helping Mckee with the clinic. Que buena gente!
