Playa-Esterillos.Info, Community Website or Personal Scrapbook?
This website has been up and running for about three years now and it gets daily visitors from all over the globe, however we have received only one blog post contributed directly by a local. The other few that you see on the site is because I stumbled upon them by accident and asked the author for permission to post on our community page.
It has kind of turned into more of a scrapbook page of our favorite stuff collected from the Internet.
I can understand if people really just aren’t into writing, but this site has clearly sparked some people to create similar sites and write on other blogs to promote Esterillos, which in our opinion is a Good Thing, but what about sharing the love people? A lot of people want to come and vacation here and are trying to find out more about the area and this is the main landing page. It’s not easy to keep the site running and ranking high, but if you google “Esterillos” yourself, you’ll find there is no other more complete website dedicated to these towns. I invite everyone again – even if you do have your own site, linking your business, your knowledge and expertise here only makes Esterillos a better, more friendly place.
People want to see your YouTube videos, hear your personal stories, your fun stories, even your trials and tribulations of living in “Paradise”. I’m serious, they do. It’s all over the Net.
We realize that Facebook has become the dominant force in social networking and promotion these days, so I’ve made it easier to connect to the site via your Facebook login. In the beginning, the site had some logging in trouble, but I’ve tested it every which way with multiple log ins and it’s running smoothly. I’d like you to know that I am also aware that occasionally the site just goes blank. I try to check the site every day to fix those nasty bugs and ward off hackers, so, check back if that happens to you and know that I’m really bummed about it.
One of my goals for the site from the beginning was to have it easily translated to Spanish, but I’m sure most of you know that the translation tools don’t work so well. (see Google translate below) So, anytime you do submit something, writing it in Spanish gets the message across to more people.

Este sitio web ha estado funcionando durante unos tres años y que llega a visitantes diarios de todo el mundo, sin embargo, sólo hemos recibido una sola entrada del blog contribuido directamente por el local. Los otros pocos que se ven en el sitio se debe a que se encontrara con ellos por casualidad y le preguntó al autor de autorización para publicar en nuestra página de comunidad.
Tiene cierto modo se convirtió en más de una página del libro de recuerdos de nuestras cosas favoritas recogidos a través de Internet.
Puedo entender si la gente realmente no están en la escritura, pero este sitio tiene claramente provocado algunas personas para crear sitios similares y escribir en otros blogs para promover Esterillos, que en nuestra opinión es una buena cosa, pero ¿qué pasa con la gente compartiendo el amor ? Mucha gente quiere venir y vacaciones aquí y están tratando de averiguar más sobre la zona y esta es la página de aterrizaje principal. No es fácil mantener el lugar de funcionamiento y alto rango, pero si buscas en Google “Esterillos” usted mismo, usted encontrará que no hay otro sitio web más completo sobre esta parte de la costa. Invito a todos otra vez – incluso si usted tiene su propio sitio, que une su negocio, su conocimiento y experiencia aquí sólo hace Esterillos un lugar mejor y más amigable.
La gente quiere ver sus videos de YouTube, escuchar sus historias personales, sus historias divertidas, aunque sus pruebas y tribulaciones de la vida en el “Paraíso”. Lo digo en serio, lo hacen. Es toda la red.
Somos conscientes de que Facebook se ha convertido en la fuerza dominante en las redes sociales y la promoción de estos días, por lo que hemos hecho más fácil para conectar con el sitio a través de su nombre de usuario de Facebook. En un principio, el sitio tenía algo de tala en problemas, pero lo he probado en todas direcciones con múltiples entradas de registro y está funcionando sin problemas. Me gustaría que sepas que yo también soy consciente de que de vez en cuando el sitio sólo se queda en blanco. Trato de visitar el sitio todos los días para arreglar esos errores desagradables, por lo que, revise de nuevo si lo que te sucede.
Uno de mis objetivos para el sitio desde el principio iba a ser fácilmente traducido al español, pero estoy seguro que la mayoría de ustedes saben que las herramientas de traducción no funcionan tan bien. Por lo tanto, cada vez que se someten algo, escribir en español siempre es útil -
